At Defining Moment Fitness, we strive to succeed in building the best version of you. All things are possible with the Defining Moment plan when you pair defined goals, fundamentally sound fitness techniques and comprehensive personal training that guides you in all facets of your journey.

The “Defining Moment Fitness” plan builds on continued success using only 30 to 60 min sessions from start to finish including warm-up. Too many programs build in extraneous and unnecessary “busy work” that do not lead to a client’s success and goal achievement. We focus on the path ahead, using only exercises and techniques that build towards the achievement of a client’s defined goal. Our Trainers organize an approach, putting the right exercises in the right order to provide the maximum efficient dose to building fitness.

All this is accomplished in our private fitness studio, centrally located in Mt. Pleasant, SC minutes from downtown, I’ON and the waterfront.
