JD’s philosophy revolves around 3 pillars: fitness, nutrition, and faith. He believes that health is all-encompassing and requires not only a strong physical component, but a conditioned mind and healthy spiritual life. He’s been a certified trainer here in Mount Pleasant for over 7 years and have an extensive background in individual health and nutrition, group fitness, and also train families who have a goal of bettering their lives together. He loves to see his clients reach their personal health and fitness goals through an individualized plan of safe and effective movements along with a balanced nutrition plan. His passion is for people, and is dedicated to setting goals that matters to you and works together to become a healthier you!
